RWMWD is following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of its stakeholders and staff.
As of Monday, March 16, 2020, the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District office will be closed to the public. District staff are being encouraged to work remotely and will be available by phone and email. You will find individual staff contact information on the “Our Team” page. For general inquiries, you can reach our district secretary at 651-792-7950 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Board meetings are being held via web conferencing. Instructions for joining meetings are posted on the home page and Board of Managers web pages.
As RWMWD follows social distancing guidelines, the physical location of our staff may have changed but our commitment to you, our stakeholders, has not. RWMWD staff continue to be available during standard business hours. We assure you that staff are diligently monitoring our water bodies and maintaining critical infrastructure during this time, as well as preparing for seasonal changes. Updates will be provided to our residents, communities and partners about high water and potential flood risk throughout the watershed as conditions change. Hang in there – we are in this together.
We will provide updates as conditions change. Thank you for your understanding during these times.
